I’m a Games User Experience (UX) Designer at Studio Gobo, working on an unannounced AAA action RPG title in co-development with WB Games. My previous projects have included Ubisoft's For Honor, Disney Infinity and Forza Street.
I’m an empathic and egoless problem solver, driven by a passion for creating games that players love through the application of player-centric design and psychological principles. My approach is holistic, collaborative and iterative – focused on delivering flawless experiences that add value to our players. As well as my industry experience, I attained formal training in UX Design, completing a Masters Degree at the University of Brighton where I finished top of my class, and have freelanced for a few select projects.
My proudest achievements include working as part of a team to rebuild the training mode of Ubisoft's For Honor which increased conversions from trial to paying players; delivering prototypes that helped Forza Street get green-lit; and introducing and evangelising UX in product development as the first UX Designer hired at Studio Gobo.
In my spare time I can often be found adventuring locally with my pug Heisenberg, or travelling the world. When at home, you'll usually find me maining Moira in Overwatch, petting virtual doggos in the Sims 4, or immersing myself in the latest walking simulator (though What Remains of Edith Finch is still my favourite).
